As we stand on the threshold of a new year, I am filled with gratitude for the journey I have been invited on with hundreds of people; the path of faith, hope and self-discovery.
In this season of reflection and renewal, I want to extend a heartfelt invitation for you to consider reengaging/ commencing counseling. I'm passionate about assisting in the transformation of anyone who engages in my services and continues to provide a caring, professional and safe space to heal and grow.
Whether you have never engaged in counselling, or it's been a long time since our last session or if you're navigating uncharted territories, I am here to offer a compassionate and understanding presence. In my 15 years of counselling here is what i have come to see as the most helpful in our sessions-
Judgement free, unconditional positive regard for you- as my client you will have the freedom to be completely yourself. No mask, no pretending, come just as you are. Being honest is the first step of your journey.
Mental health support shouldn't be a luxury item- i provide counselling sessions for less than the gap fee that you would be paying with a psychologist on a mental health care plan. I also have rebates for some health funds. Anyone who wants to get mental health support should be able to. I am well qualified with a masters in counselling, commencing my PHD in the field and over 15 years counselling and supervision experience. If my rates are difficult for you please let me know. Don't let cost prohibit you.
You wont need heaps of sessions- I have seen incredible breakthroughs in 6 sessions or less. All sessions are client focused and led, and when you receive the tools to navigate your season everything changes.
