Cecily has worked as a supervisor for Lifeline Australia and continues to work as a crisis support worker in Community Recovery following natural disasters. Resh brings more than 15 years of experience across counselling, disability, mental health, behaviour support and human services. Resh is a Senior Lecturer and Course Coordinator at ACAP University College and is expected to graduate with a PhD in 2026. Her supervision is collaborative, reflective and neurodiversity-affirming, with expertise in supporting practitioners working with neurodivergent clients and navigating the demands of helping professions. Meg’s doctoral research explores autistic burnout, with a focus on how burnout can be experienced, concealed and recovered from. Our practice experience spans NDIS, crisis and trauma support, autism and neurodiversity, faith-based counselling, suicide prevention and postvention, and frontline human services. This breadth allows us to offer informed, grounded, and compassionate support—both to the people we serve directly and to the professionals who walk alongside them.
