1 Day Workshop (Online)
Building Excellence in Supervision is a one-day interactive workshop designed for supervisors wanting to deepen their experience of supervision and practitioners progressing toward supervisor recognition with PACFA.
Moving beyond the foundations of supervision, this workshop supports participants to develop a more intentional, reflective and sustainable supervisory practice. Through practical activities, discussion and case-based learning, participants explore the responsibilities of the supervisor, ethical and professional accountability, diversity and cultural responsiveness, practitioner wellbeing, leadership and maintaining professional standards.
