Group Supervision Training is a one-day practical workshop designed for supervisors who want to confidently establish, facilitate and grow effective supervision groups.
Group supervision offers rich opportunities for shared learning, multiple perspectives and professional connection — but facilitating a group requires a different skill set from individual supervision. This workshop explores the unique dynamics of group supervision and provides practical frameworks for creating groups that are safe, purposeful, reflective and professionally accountable.
